Abode is a real estate ownership and management platform making land ownership accessible to Africans worldwide. Through flexible options, whether full or fractional ownership, we help individuals build wealth through property.

Abode is the marketing and client engagement arm of Acquest Properties Limited, the asset acquisition and development subsidiary of Abode Assets Limited. Acquest handles property acquisition, development, and ownership transfer.

Both companies are registered with Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and operate in compliance with relevant laws and regulatory bodies, including LASRERA, REDAN, and the World Trade Center Nigeria. Acquest also holds an SCMUL license, in compliance with anti-money laundering laws and financial standards.
